A Different Kind of Tech Group: Rick Makos Named CEO of Hebron Holdings

Veteran technology executive Rick Makos will lead Hebron Holdings as the California-headquartered group marks 10 years and enters its next stage of growth.

San Diego, CALIFORNIA, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hebron today announced the formation of Hebron Holdings and the appointment of Rick Makos as Chief Executive Officer, marking ten years of growth from its origins in Ukraine to an international group headquartered in California, with representation in Canada and a distributed team across Ukraine and Europe.

Rick Makos is a 30-year technology executive with a record of scaling companies across enterprise software, data, AI and industrial technology, including senior leadership roles at NCR, Teradata Canada, SAP Canada, Angoss Software, PHEMI Systems, Callisto Integration and InflexionPoint. As President of Teradata Canada, he led the business through roughly 30-fold growth; he later led Callisto Integration prior to its acquisition by Accenture.

Hebron today brings together HebronSoft, two Hebron IT Academies, R&D, and Innovation Lab, alongside 10+ proprietary technology products in development — including HebronBEE, an AI-powered knowledge engine built to preserve human expertise in manufacturing, and a GRC compliance platform. As these activities grew increasingly interconnected, Hebron Holdings became the unifying structure built to carry that structure forward.

The formation of Hebron Holdings follows a period of sustained growth at HebronSoft under CEO Kostiantyn Polosukhin, who joined the company in 2021. Under his leadership, HebronSoft consolidated its strategy around four key verticals, deepened its industry expertise, and launched its Product Studios and Innovation Lab, building the foundation for the wider group’s next stage of growth.

As Chief Information Officer of Hebron Holdings, Kostiantyn will lead the expansion of the group’s capabilities in four strategic areas — Cybersecurity, GRC, AI and Quantum — positioning HebronSoft and Hebron Holdings to respond to the global technology shift and execute their strategy for the years ahead.
